When we were in Springfield last weekend, I also got the chance to meet up with Emily and Jerrod for their engagement session. They are further proof of why I have the best clients in the whole wide world. These two are absolutely adorable together, and have the most sincere personalities. Emily told me a cute story when she called to book her wedding several months ago. Apparently she had been anxiously watching the calendar (on my old website) to see if the date she dreamed of getting married was still available.
Thankfully, it was still open with Jerrod popped the question! I loved that! It’s so much fun to work with clients who are so excited about their photography!
Anyway, Emily and I brainstormed some ideas for their session, which we wanted to reflect her ideas for the wedding decor, which she’s envisioning to have a summer country theme. So, we picked Springfield’s farm park — how perfect is that.
A public park with all the workings of a farm! Pretty neat.
Okay… on to the cute photos of these two sweethearts!

This is a special quilt — one of Emily’s grandmothers made it!

Their wedding date is 6/4/10 — and 6+4=10.
Emily’s going to be a teacher… can you tell?

I love the cute red barn!

And Emily’s cute red shoes… and their cute faces.
Seriously, I do!

And I’ll leave you with Emily’s engagement ring! Jerrod, you did a wonderful job picking this one out. I love it!

Emily and Jerrod, I could not be more excited to be your photographer. I am really looking forward to getting to know you and your story better over the next several months, and capturing all of the fun memories you create together on 6/4/10!
