One of the best parts about taking portraits of families is getting to work with them again as kids get older — or as dads come home from military deployments! 
Both are true with this shoot… I took photos of this family a while back when their dad was deployed with the Army. Now, he’s back home, and I got to take family photos of everyone all together (the best kind!).
I love this family with their four kids, who are all so funny and really adorable. We spent some time playing at Loose Park, and I love these fall-themed family photos!

Beautiful, beautiful kids!
I loved the outfits they all wore for the photos. They did a great job of coordinating with fall colors, but weren’t too “matchy.” Perfect!
The kids got to play while we were there — proof that family photos are FUN! The boys liked to throw leaves, while little Bethany spent her time tying leaves back on the tree branches! Too cute.
I love this little guy’s red hair. And yes, the photo of big brother standing in the tree is fun, but this one of him jumping out is really cool.
I love taking photos of moms and dads by themselves. Aren’t these two adorable? No wonder their kids are super cute.
