Breanna and Allen are one of those couples that you want to be friends with. They’re the kind of people who you instantly like, and who just fill rooms with love for the people around them. They’re the kind of people who are sweet, caring, and totally perfect for each other. And they have the kind of wedding that makes me love (even more!) what I do — one filled with personal details, sweet moments, and lots of laughter.
Bre and Allen decided to see each other before their ceremony for the photos. I loved the moment when they saw each other for the first time — they were both anxious and so excited to start their wedding day.
These next two photos are by my awesome husband, Jeff. Bre’s first sight of Allen, and his first sight of his bride!

More of their first sight — mine on the left, Jeff’s on the right:

Bre is one of the most stylish and creative brides. The details she planned for their wedding day were awesome — I especially loved her choice of veil. Birdcage veils are so classy and romantic!

A few of my favorite ring shots! First on Bre’s bouquet (love that green flower!) and second in one of her centerpieces (those are coffee beans).

The next photos weren’t posed as portraits — just taken in the room where Bre was waiting for the ceremony. I love the emotions you can see here.

Jeff grabbed this photo of Bre and her dad, just before he walked her down the aisle.

And I was waiting at the top of the aisle for their processional. Bre entered the church to a Sigur Ros song, which was beautiful and the most epic bridal entrance ever.

I love the tapestry behind them — Bre bought it in Israel. Isn’t is beautiful?

I just love this moment.

After the ceremony, Bre and Allen had a cupcake and coffee reception for their wedding guests. It was, of course, filled with cute details and it was a great time for their guests to visit with the bride and groom.

After the cupcake reception, we headed to Springfield Lake for outdoor portraits at the Springfield Boathouse, where they hosted a dinner reception for their close family and friends. The sun was setting when we arrived, and we worked quickly to take advantage of the pretty twilight.

The wedding party!
I love how the bridesmaids’ dresses are all different, and all different colors that were used throughout the wedding.

The one on the left is mine, the one on the right is Jeff’s. Both are great shots of Bre and Allen’s cuteness.

This just melts my heart.

Their reception at the Springfield Boathouse was such an elegant, yet relaxed event. It was the perfect evening setting in the fall.

The toasts were both heartfelt and moving. I can always tell when two people are loved and love the people around them by the messages in the toasts! You might recognize Bre’s sister and matron of honor, Jessica, who was an ericamay bride in 2008!

The bride and groom shared a dance towards the end of the night!

The one on the left is mine, the one on the right is Jeff’s shot:

Breanna and Allen, may your life be filled with amazing memories, lots of love, and blessings.
